Foundations
Repositories in your org, environments, CI/CD, and the architecture stood up. We generate the project foundation with our own TheSSS.AI platform — the same tool our clients' competitors take months to replicate by hand.
A walking skeleton of your product is deployed to staging by the end of week two.
WK 03–06
Build sprints
The core build: AI pipeline and prompt orchestration, evaluation harness, cost controls, and the product interface. Every Friday you see the real product in a live demo — not slides.

What kinds of products can you build in eight weeks?
Generative-AI products: content and media pipelines, AI copilots and assistants, document intelligence, AI-powered SaaS features, and automation platforms. We reuse proven architecture and pipeline patterns from our own live products — TheSSS.AI, StudioCut.video, and PulseCraft.social — so the eight-week window goes into your product, not into re-learning the basics.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. Repositories are created in your GitHub or GitLab organisation on day one, the product deploys to your cloud account, and all intellectual property transfers to you. There is no lock-in to our stack or our hosting.
What does the engagement cost?
Pricing is fixed per engagement and quoted after the free discovery sessions, once scope is locked. You get one number for the full eight weeks — no hourly billing and no surprise change orders unless you change the scope.
What do we need to provide to start?
Three things: the product idea and its success criteria, a decision-maker who can join a weekly demo and answer questions within a day, and access to any data, brand assets, or accounts the product needs. We handle everything else.
What happens after launch?
You receive a full handover pack — architecture docs, runbooks, and a recorded walkthrough — so your team can operate the product. If you prefer, the same team that built it can continue on a support or growth retainer.
How is a two-month delivery promise realistic?
Because we do not start from zero. We operate three live generative-AI products, we generate project foundations with our own TheSSS.AI platform, and the engagement is staffed with senior engineers only. Weekly demos keep scope honest, and the fixed window forces decisions that open-ended projects postpone.
